This page shows the 7-day snow forecast for European ski resorts, ranked by expected snowfall. Data comes from verified resort conditions feeds and weather forecast APIs — updated daily.
7-day snow forecasts are generally reliable for 3-4 days and directionally correct for days 5-7. Mountain weather can change rapidly — always check the resort's own forecast on the day of skiing.
The French and Austrian Alps receive the most consistent snowfall in Europe, particularly high-altitude resorts above 2,000m. Scandinavian resorts benefit from consistent cold and light powder conditions.
After a storm cycle is the best time for powder skiing. Use this page to monitor upcoming snowfall across Europe and plan a last-minute trip when a major storm is forecast. January–March is peak storm season in the Alps.

Engelberg (Switzerland), Andermatt (Switzerland), La Grave (France) and Obertauern (Austria) typically lead the long-term European snowfall rankings. The live 7-day list above shows who is forecast to lead right now.
Days 1–3 are reliable within roughly ±20%; days 4–7 are directional and best treated as a storm-pattern indicator, not a precise figure.
Late December through early March delivers the most consistent cycles, with secondary peaks during March equinox storms in the high Alps and Scandinavia.
