14-day refund, no questions asked
If "Your First Ski Vacation in the Alps" isn't right for you, use our contact form within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full amount. Include the email address you used at checkout or your Payhip order number.
Problems with your file
If your download doesn't work, the file won't open, or the fillable fields don't work, use our contact form first – we'll send a working copy right away. If we can't fix it, you'll get a full refund, even after 14 days.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Payhip. Depending on your bank or PayPal, it can take 5–10 business days to show up.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
