Climate in Georgia
Caucasus Mountains deliver Alaska-style maritime snowfall fed by Black Sea moisture. Gudauri (2,200 m) and Bakuriani get among the deepest snow in the wider region.

Heavy and consistent — Gudauri averages 7–10 m. Storms arrive every 2–4 days through January–February.
