    Methodology

    • Day-pass prices are verified 2025/26 base adult rates, normalized to EUR.
    • Piste-km figures are aggregated from official resort communications, national tourism boards, and skiresort.info — refreshed each summer (68 resorts in dataset).
    • Linked areas (e.g., Les 3 Vallées, Dolomiti Superski) use combined network size with the lift-pass that covers them.
    • Score = day-pass price ÷ total marked piste km. Lower is better value.
    • Glaciers, off-piste itineraries and ski-route classifications are excluded.
